This document constitutes the complete and binding User Agreement between you and pklock governing your access to and use of the pklock platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers available at pklock.bio.
The sections below summarise the most important aspects of the pklock User Agreement. All players are required to read the full terms in detail before using the platform.
Access to pklock is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration and at any stage during the account lifecycle. Users found to be underage will have their accounts closed and all funds returned to the originating payment method.
pklock supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before funds are released.
All pklock bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Misuse of promotional offers will result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one registered pklock account. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pklock will never ask for your bKash PIN, Nagad MPIN, or banking passwords. Any suspicious activity must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
pklock prohibits the use of bots, scripting tools, collusion, arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, and any form of fraud or manipulation. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with these terms.
pklock provides deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools to every registered player. If gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing concern, players are encouraged to use these tools or contact [email protected] for immediate assistance and guidance.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between pklock ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, browses, or uses the pklock platform available at pklock.bio, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and support channels associated with the Platform.
By completing the registration process, clicking to accept these Terms, or by continuing to use any part of the pklock platform after any amendment has been posted, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, supplementary terms, game rules, promotion terms, or privacy policies published by pklock from time to time.
If you access pklock on behalf of any third party, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms. pklock reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that the User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
Use of the pklock platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout the duration of the account:
pklock reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Proof of address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by pklock may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Where pklock discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Any net winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited. Deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered.
Each individual may register and maintain only one pklock account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pklock will never contact you to request your password, your bKash PIN, your Nagad MPIN, or any banking password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from pklock that requests such information, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pklock account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pklock support without delay. pklock will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. pklock cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
pklock reserves the right to implement additional security measures at any time, including two-factor authentication via SMS, identity re-verification, or temporary account restrictions, in order to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of User funds.
pklock accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform.
All deposits are credited to your pklock account balance upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. pklock is not responsible for delays caused by mobile financial service providers or banking institutions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
pklock does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pklock's control. pklock strongly recommends reviewing your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.
pklock offers various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms when read together.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pklock promotions:
pklock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player holds an active bonus, pklock will provide reasonable notice and allow the player to complete their existing wagering requirement under the original terms where operationally possible.
All casino games and sports betting markets available on pklock are operated in accordance with the published rules for each respective game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail in respect of that game only.
pklock uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own operational standards and certifications. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of pklock's operational systems once a game round has commenced.
Sports betting odds are set by pklock's pricing team and are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Bets placed and accepted before an odds change are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. pklock reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or corrupted data feeds.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, any affected game round will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the player. pklock's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round or betting settlement is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pklock platform. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
pklock employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pklock reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, to share relevant data with law enforcement authorities, and to take such further action as is appropriate in the circumstances.

All data transmitted between your device and the pklock platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. pklock retains personal data for the periods required by applicable law and its internal data retention policy, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.
All content on the pklock platform — including but not limited to the pklock brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pklock or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pklock platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pklock content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of pklock intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
The pklock platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pklock takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable service, pklock makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pklock's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided by pklock, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pklock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if pklock has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pklock's liability for death or personal injury caused by pklock's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pklock reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by pklock for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the User, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User via the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pklock reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation and in accordance with its fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Users wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. pklock will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the User subject to standard verification procedures.
pklock reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — pklock will provide notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the User's account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or changes required by law or regulation with immediate effect), pklock may update the Terms without prior notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the pklock platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support process, you may escalate your complaint to the pklock Complaints Team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and including your full account username, a description of the issue, the date(s) on which the relevant event(s) occurred, and any supporting documentation. pklock will acknowledge your formal complaint within 48 hours and will provide a full written response within 14 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pklock makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, and accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.
